應該是NV顯卡驅動造成,或者說顯卡驅動和某款應用不兼容引起的故障。解決方法:
1.安裝具有微軟WHQL認證的硬體驅動,建議從聯想官網下載,強烈不建議使用第三方工具安裝驅動程式;
2.運行dxdiag命令檢查DirectX版本,Windows 10系統下目前最新版本是12,如果不是進行系統更新即可;
3.全盤查殺木馬和病毒
4.檢查機器散熱是否正常,過高的顯卡溫度也會導致設備例外。
