根據包分類器（請參閱此處），似乎clearbit無法在 Python 3.9 上安裝，因為它不在分類器上。您必須要求維護者發布與 Python 3.9 兼容的版本。
另一個問題（您應該注意）是clearbit使用 setuptoolsuse_2to3命令（現在不支持）。
無論如何，您應該向專案開發人員尋求幫助，或者只是將您的 Python 版本降級到兼容的版本（但是，這不是那么有效）。
