這是一次嘗試，結果沒有成功。
期待哪位高手早日解決OpenCV 3.4在 C++Builder中的使用問題。
程序記錄 2018年3月17日
1.在RAD Studio Command Prompt提示行中，執行下面的陳述句
cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=bcc32x.exe -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=bcc32x.exe -G Ninja D:\4 OpenCV3.4\opencv\sources
命令列文本拷貝如下：

2.上文中報錯是找不到源檔案路徑，因此手工拷貝下載的opencv源檔案到它提示的路徑："C:/Program Files (x86)/Embarcadero/Studio/19.0/bin/OpenCV3.4/opencv/sources"
再執行下面的陳述句
cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=bcc32x.exe -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=bcc32x.exe -G Ninja D:\4 OpenCV3.4\opencv\sources
提示錯誤：意思是沒有權限。
以管理員身份運行cmd，再嘗試命令：

開始比較正常的編譯了。9:34分開始的，9:35分結束。生成的檔案都放在“C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\bin”，和原來的檔案攪在一起，很麻煩。
不過新生成的檔案都是2018年3月17日9:34-9:35之間的。可以區分出來。
3.上面的編譯完成后，拷貝提示如下：

For compatibility with versions of CMake that did not have the BYPRODUCTS
option, CMake is generating phony rules for such files to convince 'ninja'

上面的東西看不太懂，于是把C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\bin>下的所有這個時間段生成的檔案和檔案夾都洗掉了，并沒有影響到c++ builder的運行。
