首先，表單大小都是原設計時的大小。poScreenCenter=螢屏居中，多顯示幕時會在默認監視器中居中；
poDesktopCenter=桌面居中，是對于桌面而言的居中。
你做一個DEMO實際觀察一下就明白了嘛。
