get_headers - 取得服務器回應一個 HTTP 請求所發送的所有頭資訊
描述
get_headers ( string $url [, int $format = 0 [, resource $context ]] ) : array
如果將 format 引數設為 1，則 get_headers() 回傳帶鍵值的關聯陣列，
context 引數
A valid context resource created with stream_context_create().
