如何將多個復選框值插入資料庫？-有解無憂

所以，我有一個表格，我有兩個復選框，都可以選中，但是當我檢查兩個資料都沒有進入資料庫時??，只有第一個值被插入。

我嘗試使用 getParameterValues，也將它作為 bean 中的陣列提供，還嘗試了一些 jquery 函式但無法實作這一點，有人可以幫忙嗎？
