?SAP MM 使用兩個STO實作免關稅跨國公司間轉儲
SAP專案實踐中常常會有這樣的場景：某個集團公司在多個國家有工廠和分銷中心，制造工廠一般在發展中國家，分銷中心設立在歐美國家，制造工廠把生產好的成品發往歐美的分銷中心，然后由分銷中心銷售給最終客戶，這在SAP系統上就是典型公司間STO，由于該流程涉及到不同國家的進出口，為了避免繳納高額的關稅，就在SAP系統上將貨物先發往一個零關稅的中轉站，然后再由中轉站發到目標分銷中心，當然了，物理上，貨物是直接從制造工廠所在國家發往分銷中心所在的國家，
在專案實踐中，在這個流程里可以選用的中轉站，可以是香港，新加坡，美國以及印度，在這四個國家設立虛擬工廠，方便在SAP系統上做中轉從而實作合法的避稅，筆者在過去的專案實踐中都有遇到過，
在這個流程中涉及到三個plant code，分屬于不同的公司代碼，其中就包括作為中轉的虛擬工廠，整個流程主要包括的步驟如下：

當然在專案實踐中，上述步驟很多可以是自動化完成的，尤其是第二個STO單據的相關步驟，
筆者經歷過的一個SAP專案里，對于這種通過兩個STO的方式來實作免關稅跨國公司間轉儲流程，通過高度的自動化技術，讓系統自動完成了其中的絕大部分步驟，這有利的減輕了業務人員手工操作的作業量，
