libra連上testnet，建立賬戶，給賬戶mint coin顯示Mint request submitted。當然這并不代表mint已經成功，但是也無法驗證。
但是查詢賬戶余額的時候報錯，顯示如下：
libra% query balance 0
[ERROR] Failed to get balance: Codec(DecodeError { description: "invalid wire type: LengthDelimited (expected Varint)", stack: [("AccumulatorProof", "bitmap"), ("AccountStateProof", "ledger_info_to_transaction_info_proof"), ("AccountStateWithProof", "proof"), ("GetAccountStateResponse", "account_state_with_proof"), ("ResponseItem", "response_items"), ("UpdateToLatestLedgerResponse", "response_items")] })
以上如何處理，求解。
