.net的 http 請求 利用單例減少創建銷毀的資源開銷 提高利用率

參照騰訊云sdk  鏈接  https://github.com/TencentCloud/tencentcloud-sdk-dotnet/blob/master/TencentCloud/Common/Http/HttpConnection.cs

減小創建的開銷可以用單例,也可以用請求池,后續再簡單寫個請求池,這次主要貼下騰訊的代碼,照著騰訊sdk的請求方式 可以直接搬到自己的專案中去使用 代碼就不一一解釋了,很容易看明白
