客戶機監控粘貼板的變化，如果是一個11位手機號碼，則通過彈出（瀏覽器和客戶端都行）手機號碼的生日和年齡（此資訊存在服務器的資料庫中）。
思路如下（不一定合適）：創建windows服務，監視粘貼板，如果有新的手機號，呼叫webservice訪問資料庫，獲取手機的生日和年齡，最后彈出頁面。
問題1、最后一步windows服務如何彈出頁面？
問題2、還有其他方法嗎，比如直接用winform+webservice，但是平時無表單，只有粘貼板有新的手機號碼時才彈出，如何實作。
