這種問題請檢查兩件事1.config檔案是否缺少必要的配置項
2.發布檔案夾是否缺少必要的dll
這種問題出在
static xxxx xxx=new xxxx() 這種靜態定義里面。
如果xxxx依賴配置項，那么沒有配置config，會例外
如果new xxxx()，他內部依賴其他dll，沒有這個dll，會例外（這也包括x86，x64加載dll失敗等問題）
