Microsoft Teams 中的資料存盤的位置各不相同，有些存盤位置可以方便地訪問和匯出資料，比如Chat中分享的檔案存盤在個人的OneDrive中，比如Channel Conversation 分享的檔案存盤在Teams Site的檔案庫中，但有些資料獲取就不容易，比如Chat history，雖然存盤在Mailbox的檔案夾中，但是終端用戶不能獲取到這些資料，
那么出于合規角度考慮，我們如何能夠獲取并匯出這部分Chat History資料呢？
解決方案：Microsoft 365 Global Admin和Compliance Manager一同使用Compliance & Security Center->Content Search 功能對特定賬戶進行Microsoft Teams檢索，生成的資料再通過eDiscovery Tool來下載成.pst檔案，
主要操作程序：
- 配置Content Search
- 生成Search Report
- 授權Review Search Report
- 部署eDiscovery tool并下載Report
配置Content Search
1. 登錄 http://protection.office.com/homepage
2. 點擊Search功能區中的Content Search，如下圖所示：
3. 新建Search，如圖所示：
4. 在Search 設定界面，輸入Query，Kind:MicrosoftTeams, 并點擊保存和執行，
查閱和下載報告，授權eDiscovery Manager和Organization Management
1. Permission 界面，點擊eDiscovery Manager，如下圖所示：
2. 將需要review search結果和下載report的賬戶授權eDiscovery Manager
3. Permission 界面，點擊Organization Management，如下圖所示：
4. 將需要reivew search 結果和下載report的賬戶授權Organization Management，
訪問檢索的搜索報告
1. 在Content Search 界面，完成搜索之后，可以直接點擊用戶查看搜索結果
2. 如果你想Export Report，點擊后，進入Download Exported Results界面，點擊“Download Results”下載eDiscovery tool，然后輸入Export key 即可，
生成.pst檔案，可以通過Outlook客戶端打開，然后查找Conversation History檔案夾下的Team Chat 檔案夾，就可以查看具體的Chat History是否合規了，
