根據官方檔案https://h_cn/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/logs/QuickStartWindows2016.html 已經配置好了json，
Systems Manager 之前也配置好了，按照官方檔案powershell 啟動報錯 ？

還需要什么配置才能上傳到cloudwatch，之前日志已經收集到cloudwatch中過 ，但是不上本人做的，現在重新啟動，不知道之前怎么配置的，現在不知道需要查看那些配置，從何做起，
