在.condarc檔案中把default洗掉，把https改為http后又出現PaddingError: Placeholder of length '34' too short in package http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main::openssl-1.1.1j-h2bbff1b_0.
The package must be rebuilt with conda-build > 2.0.
