首先,嘗試用pip進行安裝

就算用豆瓣源,也還總是報錯,報錯原因大概是numpy版本不符合???
接著我將(base)環境中的numpy重裝了,仍然沒有解決
此時,打開官網/清華鏡像,去尋找opencv-python的python38版本

顯然,選擇最下面一個進行下載
下載結束后將檔案放在 .\Anaconda3\Scripts 里邊
然后打開cmd,輸入activate進入(base)環境,用pip進行安裝
pip install "D:\Anaconda3\Scripts\opencv_python-4.5.3-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl"
此時 報錯
Requirement 'D:\\Anaconda3\\Scripts\\opencv_python-4.5.3-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl' looks like a filename, but the file does not exist
opencv_python-4.5.3-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

打開python后 輸入
>>> import pip._internal
>>> print(pip._internal.pep425tags.get_supported())
[('cp38', 'cp38m', 'win_amd64'), ('cp38', 'none', 'win_amd64'), ('py3', 'none', 'win_amd64'), ('cp38', 'none', 'any'), ('cp3', 'none', 'any'), ('py38', 'none', 'any'), ('py3', 'none', 'any'), ('py37', 'none', 'any'), ('py36', 'none', 'any'), ('py35', 'none', 'any'), ('py34', 'none', 'any'), ('py33', 'none', 'any'), ('py32', 'none', 'any'), ('py31', 'none', 'any'), ('py30', 'none', 'any')]
可以看到,我們的檔案名"cp38-cp38-win_amd64"并不能識別,故改為"cp38-cp38m-win_amd64"
再次執行
pip install "D:\Anaconda3\Scripts\opencv_python-4.5.3-cp38-cp38m-win_amd64.whl"
我終于看到了
Installing collected packages: opencv-python
Successfully installed opencv-python-4.5.3
