然后推送到heroku，我這樣做：

heroku create

git push heroku master
但是 heroku 一直在下載 torch ( Downloading torch-1.12.1-cp310-cp310-manylinux1_x86_64.whl (776.3 MB))，這導致我編譯的 slug 大小太大。蛞蝓大小為 964.9。
我只是不想安裝torch，但我不知道如何讓它不推送到heroku。
