大佬們,最近單位施工,周末過后,新裝修辦公室網路不能用,黃色感嘆號,本來是有4根網線的。只用了其中2根網線,釋放并重新獲取后網路正常,我用了第三根網線中的兩芯接了電話。
下午財務反應公司金蝶突然不能用了,服務器正常,但是連接不上,telnet無法連接交換機8.12(IP),也ping不通,使用console線連接看交換機埠正常,部分埠有網線但是無對應pc(施工剪掉了),無奈緊急把服務器換了個交換機,服務器網路已通。
苦于無法telnet懷疑配置問題(之前配好的telnet,突然就連不上了),遂等下班重新配置交換機(未開啟stp),嘗試ping和telnet均可,為了把環路威脅降至最小,開啟了stp服務,其實小白 不是太懂,模式為mstp,配置預設,之后telnet和ping均無法連接,網路斷開后自動恢復
(應該是stp自動收斂吧,可能某個地方有環路)。個人屬于網路小白,不會抓包分析,想知道怎么解決這個問題,目前沒人反應網路不正常。
