訂閱和發布，訂閱可以用，發布老提示admin用戶沒有權限，但是admin可是最初始的賬號呀，貌似是沒給開這個權限嗎？

可以參考下aws的說明，關于ms sql在RDS中的一些解釋，有一些功能以及角色和設定都不支持。http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/CHAP_SQLServer.html
