最近把一個專案從core2.2遷移至core3.1，在本地win上跑沒有問題，但是上線到生產Ubuntu docker環境下連接不上sqlserver報以下錯誤，

折騰了一晚終于搞定了，原來是core3.1 image的問題，大概是core3.1默認image的ssl證書設定的問題，更改為FROM mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/core/sdk:3.1-bionic后終于恢復正常了，
