啊，我剛從死里逃生，我之前也是這個問題。我也是小白可能：
一、tensorflow的版本太新，和舊的版本一些三方庫沖突了
解決辦法：1. 使用conda升級你所有的包到最新版本
conda upgrade --all
（我試這個辦法不怎么管用）
2. 安裝早一期的tensorflow版本，（我安裝的是tensorflow2.0.0）
二、可能是.pyc檔案存在問題。
問題定位：查看import庫的源檔案，發現源檔案存在且沒有錯誤，同時存在源檔案的.pyc檔案。
問題解決方法：洗掉該庫的.pyc檔案，重新運行代碼；或者找一個可以運行代碼的環境，拷貝替換當前機器的.pyc檔案即可
