重新配置好EM之后，通過瀏覽器訪問，提示
重建agent，提示Upload was successful but collections currently disabled - disk full，修改UploadMaxDiscUsedPct=99
UploadMaxDiskUsedPctFloor=99也沒用。然后運行emctl status agent，提示
C:\Users\Administrator>emctl status agent
