社區版mysql，啟動本地服務
PS C:\mysql\mysql-8.0.23-winx64\bin> net start mysql
服務沒有回應控制功能。
思路
訪問https://cn.dll-files.com/vcruntime140_1.dll.html，下載VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL最新的版本
下載后將此檔案直接放入MySQL的bin子目錄下即可
結果
再次運行
net start mysql
MySQL 服務正在啟動 .
