大家好：
最近自己在安裝Oracle + EM，背景資訊如下：
Oracle版本： 企業版11.2.0
EM資訊庫配置好之后，啟動EM：
emctl start dbconsole，能正常啟動；
emctl status dbconsole發現如下錯誤資訊：
EM daemon is not running；
查了很多帖子，都說是時區TZ設定有問題；
于是，我手動修改了emd.properties的agentTZRegion=Asia/Shanghai；
對dbconsole重新啟動，但status dbconsole還是報同樣的問題。
運行命令：emctl resetTZ agent，總是提示：agent is runing. stop it first and rerun this command；
但是我運行命令：emctl stop agent，提示沒有這個命令；
我運行命令 emctl config agent updateTZ之后，發現emd.properties里面的引數改回了“PRC"。
所以想請教給位大咖：
1. 沒有emctl stop agent這個命令，那么emctl resetTZ agent命令如何運行？
2.運行updateTZ后，為何又改回了PRC？我的系統時區，通過tzselect已經設定成了Asia/Shanghai，PRC這個值從哪里來的？
3.EM deamon is not running這個問題該如何解？否則EM無法登錄。
