如何獲取ftp目錄下的檔案的修改時間，現在用 FtpFindFirstFile函式貌似只能獲取到分的修改時間，有沒辦法獲取到秒的修改時間，哪位大俠知道呢？

這個我也是這么用的，但wSecond和wMilliseconds的值都是0，不知道為什么?
