發生這種情況是因為最近版本的打字稿發生了重大變化。
它沒有在您的本地系統上發生的原因是因為您使用的是舊版本的打字稿，而當您使用 docker 時，它采用的是最新版本。
嘗試將里面的打字稿版本降級dockerfile到 v4.3 或 v4.2 或檢查您的本地系統并降級到該版本。
