在android 9.0自動下載更新時 遇到 安裝包決議錯誤
在android 7.0使用的是同一套框架卻沒有問題？

發現Android9.0是需要權限讀取fileProvider和uri的
于是我看了一下三方框架的原始碼，確實沒有加權限
